Is acceptance guaranteed?
No. Final acceptance is determined by the issuing authority. The presets are based on published requirements and are sizing aids, not government approval or automatic compliance checks.
Which presets are included?
U.S. passport paper-application 2 × 2 inch and UK passport paper-application 35 × 45 mm print presets, with official source links reviewed on 2026-09-25. Online applications have separate requirements. Custom sizing carries no authority claim.
Will this fix my background or face?
No. Start with an appropriate plain-background photograph. No background removal, beauty retouching, synthetic detail or face modification is performed.
How do I print at the right size?
The exports declare 300 DPI. Print the 6 × 4 inch sheet at actual size, 100%, without fit-to-page. Check dimensions with a ruler and follow the authority’s paper and print-quality requirements.
What if my photo is too small?
A warning appears when the selected crop lacks enough source pixels for the output. Choose a larger source or reduce zoom. Enlarging pixels does not restore detail.
Do you upload or analyze my face?
No. Cropping and export happen locally; no cloud face detection or biometric analytics is used. Photos, filenames and positioning coordinates are not sent to analytics.
Which files can I use?
Choose one JPG, PNG or WebP portrait up to 15 MB and 20 megapixels. Export the positioned crop as JPG or a print sheet. Check the current requirements of your issuing authority before printing.
